Madabel is the result of an association between a Madagascan, Bakoliarisoa Rakotomalala, and a Belgian, Gérald de Woot. Madabel has one major challenge in common: to offer humanist and servant leadership development for companies in Belgium and in the US.

How we started
Certified trainers with the John Maxwell Team, we met through Maxwell Leadership. This organization, founded by John C. Maxwell, is world-renowned for its leadership development program and its school for professional coaches.
With so much in common, we decided to put our professional experience in the corporate world and our coaching skills to good use. Together, we have decided to share our knowledge with people in Madagascar, Belgium and US who wish to improve and develop their leadership skills.
In 2020, we joined forces and since that year, we have been offering innovative, customized training workshops for managers and business owners. These tailor-made training courses are designed for those wishing to improve their leadership skills, both personally and professionally.
What about today?
Since 2021, with the creation of Madabel, we have been offering personalized coaching, training workshops and masterminds, aimed at neo-managers, high-potential executives and top executives in Madagascar and Europe. Now we turn to US market.

Catherine Nicolas
For about fifteen years, Catherine Nicolas managed restaurants in various countries, including the Middle East and the United Kingdom. She later founded several businesses in the restaurant and training sectors, gaining extensive experience in team management.
An expert in humanistic leadership
Catherine Nicolas is the author of “Le leadership humaniste, la clé de votre sérénité pour les chefs d’entreprises et managers” (“Humanistic Leadership: The Key to Serenity for Business Leaders and Managers”) and the founder of the Humanistic Leadership Summit. She is a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with Maxwell Leadership Francophonie, as well as a certified DISC trainer and consultant.
As a specialist in Humanistic Leadership, she helps entrepreneurs and executives build environments where people are engaged, motivated, and high-performing, through a leadership approach that places the human being at the heart of the organization.
His professional experience
For over 30 years, Gerald de Woot worked as an executive, director and interim manager for various companies in Belgium, France and Germany. During this period, he was called upon to head certain departments and manage crisis situations. As a result, he has a wealth of experience in the business world and knows all the qualities required of a good leader.
A humanist leadership expert
Gerald de Woot is also a certified coach, trainer and speaker, Executive Program Leader of Maxwell Leadership, DISC-certified trainer/consultant and certified coach of Team Coaching International.
An expert in humanistic leadership, he helps many leaders of large organizations to improve their leadership skills. At Madabel, his method brings positive and lasting change to participants, whether on a professional or personal level.
