Trained as a biologist, Bakoliarisoa Rakotomalala has 25 years’ professional experience in a multicultural corporate environment. A former executive, she worked in managerial, commercial and organizational functions for Madagascan companies. She is therefore very familiar with the business world and the role of a leader.

A certified Maxwell Leadership coach, trainer and speaker, she has provided training and coaching for company directors and executives in a wide range of sectors.

Her professional experience

Trained as a sommelier, Catherine Nicolas had the opportunity to work abroad for some fifteen years, where she gained a wealth of experience in the hotel and restaurant business, sales, training and consulting. She discovered management methods where the employee experience, commitment and well-being in the workplace were key to success.

On the strength of this experience, she went on to set up a number of companies in the catering and training sectors.

Catherine Nicolas is a coachpreneur, speaker, author of the book “Le leadership humaniste : La clé de votre sérénité pour les chefs d’entreprises et managers ”, founder of the Sommet du Leadership Humaniste and a certified coach, trainer and speaker with Maxwell Leadership Francophonie.

Drawing on her experience abroad, she has learned a great deal from Anglo-Saxon managers about the strategies and tools needed to help employees grow, engage and give meaning to their work, and consequently perform more effectively.

For over 30 years, Gerald de Woot de Trixhe worked as an executive, director and interim manager for various companies in Belgium, France and Germany. During this period, he was called upon to head certain departments and manage crisis situations. As a result, he has a wealth of experience in the business world and knows all the qualities required of a good leader.

Gerald de Woot de Trixhe is also a certified coach, trainer and speaker, Executive Program Leader of Maxwell Leadership, DISC-certified trainer/consultant and certified coach of Team Coaching International.
