Gérald helped me build my role as IT Operations Director.
He taught me to be a humanistic leader, to define a vision and a mission for my department. By communicating them to the managers, a transformation took place. Moreover, he gave me confidence in myself, allowing me to do the same with my right-hand team members, making them accountable in their roles as team leaders.
