FAQ

At Madabel, we believe strong leadership is not measured solely by numbers, but by the quality of the relationship between a manager and their team. Our programs are designed for anyone leading a team—whether an experienced manager, a mid-level executive, or a newly appointed leader—who wants to develop an inspiring, sustainable, and truly human style of leadership.

In today’s demanding workplace, many managers face similar obstacles:

  1. Lack of team engagement
This often shows up as employees waiting for approval before taking action, arriving unprepared for meetings, hesitating to share new ideas, sticking to the bare minimum, or showing little ownership of collective goals. These behaviors usually reflect a loss of meaning, a lack of trust, or poor alignment between the manager and the team.
  2. Mental exhaustion among managers
Being constantly available, never switching off, and feeling persistently drained despite best efforts—these are warning signs of an unhealthy imbalance between a manager’s investment and their ability to recharge.
  3. No reliable team back-up
When managers feel the need to double-check, repeat, or correct everything, they lose valuable time and energy. This lack of delegation prevents the team from building autonomy and stops managers from focusing on their strategic priorities.
  4. Loss of control when delegating
Delegating without truly letting go often leads to burnout. Many managers fear losing control or doubt their team’s abilities, preferring to “keep it all” rather than risk collective failure.
  5. The loneliness of decision-making
Managers can feel isolated, unable to share doubts with their teams or superiors, forced to make high-stakes decisions without a safe space for reflection or constructive feedback.

Do any of these situations sound familiar? Get in touch—we’ll explore practical ways to turn these challenges into opportunities for personal and collective growth.

Madabel focuses specifically on managers, executives, and leaders who want to embody a leadership style that is both high-performing and deeply human. Our approach is built on a simple yet demanding principle: a leader is not there to dominate, but to serve and help others grow.

We promote a humanistic, servant leadership model. Humanistic, because people are at the center of every political, economic, and organizational dynamic. Servant, because the leader’s role is to elevate those around them, creating new leaders who, in turn, inspire and transform others. This virtuous circle is at the heart of our method.

In practice, humanistic leadership means:

  • Leading with kindness and respect
  • Driving performance by giving meaning
  • Staying true to one’s values in decisions and actions
  • Multiplying leadership to build a true culture of collective growth

Our coaches bring a unique perspective: they are former managers and executives themselves, with leadership experience across industries and cultures. This allows them to bring sharp business insight, multicultural awareness, and a global perspective to every engagement.

It’s this combination—real-world management expertise, cross-cultural openness, and a humanistic conviction—that sets Madabel apart and ensures our support is tailored, relevant, and effective.

Real change—whether in habits or mindset—takes time and repetition. Research shows it takes at least 21 days for a new practice to begin to take root.

That’s why our programs are built around weekly one-hour individual sessions. This regular rhythm allows managers to test new approaches between sessions, come back with questions, and progress step by step toward measurable transformation.

To ensure lasting impact, we usually recommend 6- to 12-month engagements. This provides enough time to build new habits, strengthen trust, and integrate humanistic leadership into every aspect of the managerial role.

In some cases, shorter 3-month programs may be sufficient for addressing a specific goal.
