Thanks to Gérald, my schedule has changed significantly. Before, I had many project follow-up meetings with clients and my project teams. I didn’t have time to meet clients to understand their needs or discuss future projects. I learned to give clear mandates to my team leaders so they could effectively manage meetings and negotiations.
