Madabel organizes personal development training workshops for company executives and managers. These workshops enable participants to work on their way of thinking, their attitudes, their relationships with their colleagues and their communication with the people around them.
Each personal development workshop is designed to enhance their “soft skills” and is practical in helping them evolve towards humanistic, servant leadership. Inspirational leaders and managers positively influence their colleagues through their way of being, and inspire them to excel at work. As a result, their company or organization performs better.

How are training workshops organized?
We offer a wide range of personal development training courses . Workshops cover a wide range of topics, including personal development, attitudes, communication, positive employee influence and change management. We can therefore work on a wide range of skills.
Our workshops take place for teams of 10 to 14 participants, so that everyone can contribute during the training. These groups can be mixed (representatives of several companies) or made up of members of the same team from the same company.
Our training courses combine theory, experience sharing and practical exercises. Group members participate actively in the training: brainstorming questions, sharing points of view, debates, exchanging experiences… Our workshops encourage participants to take action and apply their new knowledge.
The workshops are supervised by professional, experienced and certified coaches. They lead the training sessions, manage the group and ensure that the transfer of knowledge and skills takes place.
Our personal development training workshops are adapted and customized to meet the needs and objectives of our employees. We modify our method, content and activities to best meet each individual’s expectations. We use a wide range of tools, techniques and resources to ensure training effectiveness.
The duration of personal development workshops varies according to the theme. Generally, sessions last between 90 minutes and half a day, but can extend to a full day.
Our personal development workshops can take place at the customer’s premises or at another location to be agreed with the coach.
